Laser Capabilities

  • Production cutting of stainless steel through 3/4" thick
  • Clean cut stainless steel through 3/8" thick
  • Aluminum materials through 1/4" thick
  • Laser Cutting of non-ferrous materials such as Plastic, Wood, Paper, etc.
  • Metro Metal & Design utilizes a TWO TABLE SYSTEM.

Welding Capabilities

MMDi’s welding and fabrication department has the ability to perform the necessary welding on your parts. This service includes resistance spot welding, TIG welding, MIG welding, and leak proof tank welding. Typically the parts are then painted or plated to provide the final cosmetic appearance.

Forming Capabilities

With our experience and capabilities in precision sheet metal fabrication and CNC forming, we save you time and money. Quick set-up and quality tooling allows for consistent parts time after time, saving time, and eliminating scrap. This allows us to pass along to you both savings and quality parts.

Machine Shop Capabilities

MMDi also has a whole department dedicated to second operations. This department handles our finishing, milling, tapping, assembly and more. Not only this, but we provide customers with a multitude of machining services including: Turning, Drilling, Milling, Lathe services and Tapping.
